We took a small walk along river Löcknitz next to Erkner which is a great pleasure because the path is a small jungle-like bridge between the river and a lake. Also continuing the hike along the later natural course of the river is beautiful but soon clouded by the near and loud highway. You can pass underneath it and continue your hike along the river, but unfortunately car noise is still perceptible in the quite of the forest one kilometer later. On this day, our national holiday, also quite a lot of people and motor boats disturbed my being-alone-in-the-outdoors feeling, but anyway: The light was marvelous, the mushrooms grew like hell and the air was filled with autumn smell.

Swoon 😍

The sounds of cars can certainly take a little from the experience. Beautiful!

Thank you and yes: Highways should stay out of the forest 🙂
